Little swimmer

Brandt had his first swim lesson today! I had originally wanted to take him to the fancy-ass Australian Swim School (those aussies know how to swim, after all), but now that we're a single-income family, I'm making do with the classes at the local community center. Plus, two of his friends are in the class. And it's walking distance from home.

Brandt thoroughly enjoyed the half hour in the pool so I consider the lesson a success. The teacher had hoped all the babies would learn to kick and blow bubbles, but I don't forsee that happening any time soon. We signed up for two sessions so that's five weeks of bi-weekly fun!
